Detailed Instructions for Use

As a component of a balanced and nutritious diet, lifestyle and exercise plan, consume Nuez de la India as follows:

Week 1 plus one day (8 total days)

For a period of one week and One day, every night before going to bed:

  • Cut 1 seed into 8 pieces
  • Place 1/8 of the seed into a cup
  • CRUSH the portion of seed and then add boiling water
  • Let stand for 5 minutes then drink the contents of the cup.
  • Drink this every night before going to bed for a week

This will help gradually adapt your body to a new source of nutrition.

Week 2 – Until you reach your health goal

Every night before going to bed:

  • Cut the seed into 4 pieces
  • Place 1/4of the seed into a cup
  • CRUSH the portion of seed and then add boiling water
  • Let stand for 5 minutes then drink the contents of the cup.
  • Drink this every night before going to bed for a week

This could take as long as 6-18 months, depending on your current state of health.

Ongoing Maintenance of a healthy diet

2-3 times every week:

  • Cut 1 seed into 8 pieces
  • Place 1/8 of the seed into a cup
  • CRUSH the portion of seed and then add boiling water
  • Let stand for 5 minutes then drink the contents of the cup.
  • Drink this 2-3 times per week at night before going to bed.

There is no added nutritional benefit to consuming more than 1/4 of seed per day. The greatest overall benefit is achieved through a balanced nutritious diet.
